    Do any of those podcast apps actually let me subscribe to podcasts?! Because Jesus Apple!

    I also want to suggest MyLite. It’s a flashlight app. The newer version actually uses the flash in the iPhone’s camera as a flashlight. Just sayin’.

    @bluesforbuddha YES!! Let’s do this:

    McSweeney’s – short story/layout design nerdery
    Evernote – Invaluable
    Instagram – Fun and smartly designed photo-sharing app
    Carcassonne – $10 (most expensive app I’ve paid for) but lovely in every way.
    Sword & Sworcery – Your Squad “doy!” moment
    Magnetic Billiards – It makes you feel like you’re in a back alley speakeasy with nerds. A flavor you can appreciate.
    Amazon – Handy shopping tool that let’s you scan EVERYTHING to see if they carry it (probably).
    Square – Free app (plus dongle) that lets your customers pay you with their credit card. Handy for freelancing.
    imo – Great all-in-one mobile IM client
    foursquare – Makes exploring your town a game.
    ComiXology – Great comics app.
    Read It Later/Instagram – Makes all of those great articles you find on the web readable by stripping out the ads and reformatting them.
    feedly – Also a great RSS reader (Reeder’s good, too)
    GoodReader – Indispensable “throw any file you’ve got at it” reader
