Oh god, I looking at this guy’s blog, after finding it through google images somehow, thinking that it’s quite interesting to read. Only when I looked up at the URL bar what did I see?

    Small world.

@angryjedi I read the article and I’ll pick up school days, has an extremely refined GUI for a VN. But I have a ton of other stuff I have to do first so.

I would love to make an article on Song of Saya. I can’t figure out how. Anyone?

Just wanted to say that I’m back from the dead (family holiday) and I may be review two eroges (Yes that means the VNs with the p0rn) that I found possibly better than Katawa Shoujo. They are G Senjou no Maou and Saya no Uta. Which translates as Devil on the G String and Song of Saya.

Song of Saya is fucked up no end.

    Well anyway,
Me and my friend decided to pick up Endless Space together, quite a few hours, a family size packet of onion crisps and a two litre Dr.Pepper later, we were impressed! I found it remarkably similar to Civ 5 but I think I enjoyed it more. Thanks guys never would have known about it without you!

I’m with @bowlisimo on this one, I haven’t watched MLP, don’t intend to. The reason? Because there is nothing within it that makes me want to watch it. Rainbows and that crap isn’t for me. To be perfectly honest I thought it was a fad and to this day I’m supprised it is still popular.

Though I won’t judge you for it, you aren’t impressing me.

  • Pepperized 6:24 pm on July 12, 2012 Permalink

@beige Oh okay, I’m not quite that old I’m afraid.

  • Pepperized 6:01 pm on July 12, 2012 Permalink

@beige No I have TRIED to play D&D with a friend before. Fuck sake.

  • Pepperized 5:51 pm on July 12, 2012 Permalink

    @feenwager Not even CAWWADOODY?

Well to be honest, I don’t know what Grimlock is, and I already own a Total War. I’m also a bit iffey over the indy games because I’m trying to save my monies for X-COM. And dishonered.

  • Pepperized 5:43 pm on July 12, 2012 Permalink

@beige, Personally Arma is one of my top five shooters, I bought it for arma, buying it for DayZ is unadvisable.

  • Pepperized 5:40 pm on July 12, 2012 Permalink

MLP game? You talking to the wrong person, sorry.

Well I started playing Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, I can tell you a got a little more bang for my buck than I though I’d get. I think I’ll make a review a little later.

  • Pepperized 8:13 pm on June 18, 2012 Permalink

@beige Ah okay I only asked because I haven’t really got through enough to be comfortable with reviewing it.

  • Pepperized 4:45 pm on June 18, 2012 Permalink

So anybody got a date for the recording of the next squadcast?

  • Pepperized 10:44 am on June 17, 2012 Permalink

Crap, Raptr didn’t record the hours upon hours I played Osu!

As a celebration for the fact that Angel Beats! (My favourite anime) is coming out in stores in the uk next week, I want to share a couple of awesome freebies that I don’t think you’ve dicussed:

    1. Osu! – A rythmic game, where you can download “beatmaps” and play them. Don’t fooled into thinking that this game is casual though it’s *ahem* difficult. I really suggest you pick this one up.

Downsides: Unfortunatly most of the songs are Japanese, though that doesn’t matter for such a majestic Otaku such as myself. There is also an impressive multiplayer that I always lose.

Enjoyment: 9/10 – Found myself addicted to this hard game, it helps that nearly all of the anime OPs are included in the site. Hell I even could celebrate the Angel Beats! release by playing the OP song on Osu!

Get it here for free: http://osu.ppy.sh/

    2. UFO: Alien Invasion – An XCOM remake. Nothing new but it is pretty solid and XCOM is damn fine game. For a free game it’s wonderful!

Downsides: Outdated Graphics (But when has that mattered). Crashes often (Save, save, save). No destructable or explosive objects on map. Not a very helpful tutorial.

Enjoyment 7/10 – Really fun, but frequent crashes make it stressful to play.

Get it here for free: http://ufoai.org/wiki/index.php/News

That’s all I’ve got for now.

Thanks the only one I owned out of these were Amnesia. Thanks to you managed to catch it before it went over £5.

  • Pepperized 9:54 pm on May 22, 2012 Permalink

Hmm… Playing quest for glory V is proving difficult, the controls are more than clunky and the absence of autosaves has caught me out thrice. But I’ll try to perservere.

On another note, one of the games on my pile of shame called, Armoured Core V, is definatly a game I want us to play, you can form a team for multiplayer with each other. I feel this game is both overlooked and underapreciated, I was substantially pissed off when it got 68/100.

  • Pepperized 6:54 pm on May 18, 2012 Permalink

Well… I scared of games *this* old, so I think I’ll start with QfG 5 and work my way down.
I hope I get to play them all but they look pretty long.

Feeling awesome because I completed not one but TWO levels of R-Type. Unfortunatly level 3 made me give up for the day. Still love that game.

  • Pepperized 5:17 pm on May 3, 2012 Permalink

Well guys, I’m going to have another try at that impossible game: R-Type 3

  • Pepperized 4:52 pm on May 3, 2012 Permalink

Hi, my name’s Brad. I guess it’d be pretty obvious if I said I was a gamer. I am a fan of all walks and strides of games, from the popular shooters such as Halo to the feel inducing Katawa Shoujo, the tricky R-Type to the classic Super Mario.

If it’s a game, I’ll probably like it. The horrible side effect of this is I have a pile of unfinished games on obsolete consols and I can hear them crying out to me while I’m trying to sleep… or something like that.

Now I should probably tell you I am an Otaku. Now how much of an Otaku I’m not sure myself, but I can tell you that I don’t like Naruto, One Piece, Bleach ect. I tried that stuff and found it boring. I prefer say Ghost in the Shell or Jin-Roh or Trigun or Evangelion. Sci-Fi with awesome morals, characters and action basically.

Anyway I like you guys and I will look forward to working with you.
