Just a non EA sux side note here, but Black Mesa is damn impressive, it’s a remarkable restoration job, especially considering how god awful the original looks now. One thing I forgot though, Half-life is effing labyrinthian! No wonder it took them 8 years just to get as far as they did. The environments are intricate and they go on FOREVER, and I’m seriously booking it through these corridors. The sheer enormity of their task had to hit that team somewhere around, I dunno, the introduction. I’m sure they knew it was a tall order, but maaaaaan…

I’m also remembering how little I care for the Half-life fiction. No rush on HL3 guys.
